God's Word is Spirit and It is Life. All of His creation is Spirit manifested into the material world through His creative Word. And His law of reproduction states that "everything bring forth of its own kind, whose seed is in itself". The spoken Word is the original seed. Cain and his race are not God's manifested Word. They are not His seed but a hybrid of the Serpent's seed in Eve. Therefore they are not on the Book of Life and without a Redeemer. Now you can see why they hate the sound of the Name, "Lord Jesus Christ"?

Does this suggest that, the serpent seed is the origin of the evil race in this world? these serpent people? Eve predates the Nephilim hybrid races

Jesus Christ is the last Adam. He is the sinless near kinsman of the first Adam and died to redeem Adam and all of Adam's seed who were potentially in Adam. Jesus Christ did not die to redeem Cain or any of his race because they are not the seed of the first Adam and Jesus can not redeem them, because He is no kinsman of Cain.
